For Organisations
Your team leaves operating agents. Not watching demos.
Two programmes, sized to your team. Both close with every participant operating a live AI agent on AskJary — a platform they keep using after the programme ends. Government funding may apply.

Quick Academy
One day. Every participant leaves with a working agent.
A full-day intensive for teams of up to 20. Covers AI agent fundamentals, AskJary platform introduction, and a hands-on build session where each participant builds and deploys an agent for a real task in their role. Closes with a team showcase and operating checklist. No technical background required.
- Full-day facilitated session (9am–5pm)
- AskJary platform access for every participant
- Pre-session role audit — we design the agent prompts around your team's actual work
- Post-session operating guide per participant
- 30-day check-in (agent still running?)
Enterprise Academy
Modular. Full-team. Built around your workflows.
A multi-session programme designed for organisations deploying AI direction across departments or at scale. Each module is scoped to a function (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) and ends with a department-specific agent library. C-suite module included. Programme length scales with team size and scope — typically 3–6 days delivered across 4–8 weeks.
- Pre-engagement workflow audit across target departments
- Custom module design for each function
- AskJary Enterprise workspace setup and onboarding
- C-suite module: directing AI at an organisational level
- Department-specific agent libraries (built during programme)
- Train-the-trainer session for internal L&D
- 90-day post-programme Return on Autonomy review
Industry focus
Agents built for your industry. Not generic AI literacy.
Enterprise Academy includes industry-specific modules. Each module ends with agents operating on real workflows from your sector.
Financial Services
Agents for client reporting, regulatory document summarisation, meeting prep from CRM data, and compliance checklist automation. Participants direct agents to synthesise multi-source data into briefing notes — a task that currently takes 45–90 minutes per meeting.
Property & Real Estate
Agents for tenancy inquiry triage, property listing copy, inspection report drafting, and landlord-tenant correspondence. Leasing teams direct agents to handle routine tenant communications — freeing staff for transactions where relationship and judgement matter.
Legal & Professional Services
Agents for contract clause extraction, matter update summaries, precedent research preparation, and client briefing note drafting. Fee-earners direct agents on the research groundwork — preserving billable time for the analysis and advice only a qualified professional can provide.
HR & People Operations
Agents for job description drafting, CV screening summaries, onboarding document personalisation, and policy FAQ handling. HR teams direct agents to run first-pass tasks at scale — reducing time-to-shortlist and freeing recruiters for candidate relationship management.
Retail & Consumer
Agents for product copy localisation, customer inquiry triage, promotional brief drafting, and in-store staff training material generation. Retail operations teams direct agents to compress the gap between HQ creative decisions and frontline execution.
Return on Autonomy
We don't measure by completion rates. We measure by Return on Autonomy.
Return on Autonomy (RoA) is how we track whether a programme actually worked. It measures the delta between what a participant spent on repetitive tasks before the programme and what they spend after their agent is running. Typical participant profile: 3.2 hours per week on tasks now handled by their agent. At month 1: RoA positive. At month 3: agents refined and running faster than month 1. Because the agents live on AskJary — not locked to a training environment — the gains compound. Staff who attended 18 months ago are still running agents they built on day one.
